Jason is the chair of the IAJ workers' compensation core group, and is currently the Vice President of the Iowa Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee. He has participated in numerous CLE presentations to attorneys in the area of workers' compensation.

Jamie practices primarily in the area of workers' compensation, and also handles personal injury work. After practicing in Dallas, Texas, Jamie moved to Iowa and began practicing in the area of workers' compensation in 2005. Jamie is bilingual and represents numerous Spanish-speaking workers. He has presented continuing legal education talks to groups of attorneys on workers' compensation.

Marty practices primarily in the area of workers' compensation. Prior to his work with Neifert, Byrne & Ozga, Marty was litigation director for the Legal Services Corporation of Iowa (now Iowa Legal Aid) for almost twenty years. He has practiced in the workers' compensation area since 1999. Marty is a member of the IAJ workers' compensation core group, and has participated in numerous CLE presentations to attorneys in the area of workers' compensation.

Kathy graduated from American Institute of Business with an Associate of Business Degree in Executive Secretarial-Legal in 1996. She received her CLA (certified legal assistant) designation from NALA in 2006. Kathy has worked with Jason for twelve years as his legal assistant.

Diana Andrews
- Legal Assistant to Jamie Byrne
Diana is originally from Colombia, and has resided in Iowa since 1994. She has been working with Jamie as his legal assistant since December of 2005, helping the Hispanic community. Previously to working with the firm, she worked as Physical Therapist, and also worked as Fraud Investigator with City Group. In 2008 she received a certificate as an interpreter. Diana is member of the Latinos Unidos of Iowa.
